Liza Kovalova

I'm an experienced Web, UI/UX Designer and Mentor. I build websites and apps in a very different domains.

I’ve been an e-commerce designer in Astound Commerce (working with Under Armour, Calvin Klein, Puma, Boohoo, Elie Saab, Vivienne Westwood, Toms, Hunter, etc.) Now, I'm one of the O0. Also, I love to play with AI and fashion.

How I work

Thorough analysis of the market, the competitors and the business area as a whole. The more I know, the better and more qualified decisions I make.
Analyze

Plan
In close collaboration with the team I create a detailed and ambitious plan. Together we prioritise and set goals and make sure it's realistic to reach them together.

Execute
This is where the magic happens and where I get my hands dirty. Short feedback loops and open communication is key to executing the strategy in a proper manner.
(4)
Evaluate
Evaluation and improvement is as important as the previous step. I measure the effect and performance of the solution and create proposals for future improvements.
I'm humbled to have done a lot of exciting projects for some very nice people over the past years.
